On-Ear Volume Control Buttons
You can adjust volume, change track, play/pause the music via the button on headphones. 
Mode function
FM Radio : Long Press the Mode Function Button for 3-5 Seconds so that automatically a FM Radio is tuned in, then short press the Play Function Button, you could change the FM channel by Vol+ or Vol-. 
Bluetooth Function
In this mode the FM signal is cut-off . The indicator lights will alternately blink between blue & red indicating Bluetooth mode is ready for pairing.
Use a Bluetooth enabled audio player or cellphone to search for the Bluetooth pairing name MHS being transmitted by the headphone.
Once paired, play the music on audio player / cellphone and it will be heard on the Headphone Unit.
